If your business operates in the agricultural, horticultural and/or forestry maintenance and parkland husbandry among others, forget second hand tractors for sale; instead take the plunge and buy tractor units which are new, bright and shiny and attract the best tax breaks and asset write off. Combined with that new tractors and machinery are supplied with manufacturer warranties and guarantees and of course one isn't buying in to the cast offs of another business.
Why settle for second and/or even third best when one can take advantage of so many benefits which come hand in hand with new farm machinery and tractor units for sale. Unlike the early tractors which started appearing on the scene soon after the First World War, they had little in the way of manufacturer warranties and guarantees; the law not requiring them. Again, unlike modern tractor units which one can buy today, those early tractors were pretty basic to say the least, with little in the way of creature comfort for the driver/operator and open to the elements pretty much. Modern tractor units invariably come supplied with cabs which are sealed and offer benefits such as air conditioning for when conditions are hot and a powerful heating system for when the weather is cold. It’s probably fair to say that farmers and tractor driving farm employees have never had it so good and are by comparison to the conditions early tractor users experienced pretty much a cosseted bunch. “They don’t make them like they used to” is a phrase often used although to apply that to tractors and farming machinery is probably a good thing given the conditions farm workers had to work in.
Just as tractors have advanced in both comfort, reliability and value for money compared to those early examples so too has the machinery which one finds on farms and agricultural businesses; wood chippers, mulchers, slasher units, back hoes, ploughs and harrow units to mention just a few are efficient, cost effective but above all else far safer than anything which has come before.
Increased awareness of the dangers of farm machinery and the risk to operators is now at the forefront of design thinking, driven in no small measure by tough government legislation both in the workplace and in general life.
If one is looking for bright shiny new tractors for sale as well as a wide range of farm machinery plus an after sales service second to none, take a look on the website of National Machinery, the address of which is http://nationalmachinery.com.au.
